Intermediate Kettlebell Seminar – Oakland, CA

The Intermediate Kettlebell Seminar is a three hour seminar designed for people who have some Kettlebell experience but want to take it to the next level. This seminar is not about teaching more movements, it is about learning concepts. The subjects we will be covering are more technical in nature and will probably be confusing for people who have just started learning.

Your instructor will be: John Wild Buckley

We will be covering:

* Snatch technique
* Jerk technique
* Rack position
* Breathing

I believe that as you learn to lift Kettlebells you train until some things are simply automatic. Once they are you don’t have to think about them. This leaves you with the ability to focus on other things. Those other things are what you will learn at the Intermediate Kettlebell Seminar.

In order to attend this Seminar you must have attended the Beginner Kettlebell Seminar or email me what previous experience you have in Kettlebell lifting.
